Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- in its original packaging
- complete with all accessories and manuals
- accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email our support team with:
- your order number
- the reason for the return
- photos if the item is damaged or faulty
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send items back without approval first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to your original payment method
- processing typically takes 5–10 business days
- your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:
- return your original item
- place a new order once your return is approved
This helps ensure the fastest service.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- used items
- items returned without original packaging
- items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- clearance or promotional items (if marked as final sale)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- contact your card provider
- contact your bank
